Melody joined Vantage Oncology – Intercommunity Cancer Centers in June 2008. She had been a Registered Nurse since 1979, after receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Ohio Wesleyan University/Riverside Methodist Hospital- Ohio. She recently received her Master of Health Care Administration degree in June 2008 from National-Louis University – Tampa, FL.

Most of Melody’s career has been working in the critical care arenas of ICU, ED, cardiac cath lab and an outpatient cardiovascular institute. She has successfully served in leadership positions the majority of her career.

Melody and Stephen, her husband of thirty years, have two grown children, living in Tampa, FL and Boston, MA. Caring for patients and their families over the past three decades is truly the driving force behind Melody’s compassion and empathy.
